Your Session

Every session is different. What follows is the general shape so you can picture yourself in the room.

Before we meet

Submit the intake form to book, or text or email me if you’d like to schedule a free 15-minute call first. I’ll follow up within a day or two.

First-time clients complete a simple verification step as part of the booking process.

To prepare: shower beforehand, eat something light, avoid alcohol, and give yourself buffer time on either side. No elaborate preparation is needed.

The conversation

We begin by sitting together and talking.

We’ll discuss what brought you in, what your boundaries are, and any preferences you want me to know.

We’ll make clear agreements about touch and communication.

This isn’t a formality. It’s part of the work, and for first-time clients, this time is intentionally generous, to ensure that all questions are answered and boundaries are clear.

The bodywork

The touch is one-directional:

You receive, I do not.

The session begins slowly. I pay close attention to how your body responds and adjust continuously.

A session may include full-body bodywork, more

intimate sensual touch, breathwork, and energy practices, depending on what we’ve discussed.

You can pause or stop at any time, for any reason.

You can ask for more, less, or something different.

Longer sessions

Two- and three-hour sessions allow for a fuller range of tantric and breathwork practices, sustained energy work, and a slow, layered build that isn’t possible in a shorter session.

Enhanced sensory elements (hot stones, peppermint body scrub, curated scents) are woven in based on client preference.

After

We close gradually with time to rest and ground. In the days following, some clients feel open, tender, or emotionally activated.

This is normal.

You’re welcome to reach out if something comes up.
